I hope this email finds you well. As part of our service we would like to offer a quick snap of the inside of your watch. Compared to other repair centers we like to involve our clients in their repair by showing them pictures of their watch movement completely disassembled. The movement parts will undergo a 4 stage cleaning process though 3 different cleaning solutions on our ultrasonic cleaning machine. This process guarantees the removal of old oils and lubricants. Once this process is completed, the movement will be reassembled applying four different synthetic oils to properly ensure the life span of the time piece.

With the help of sophisticated computers we will perform final regulations as well as an automatic test to ensure your watch's winding mechanism is working to specifications. After a period of quality control, your watch will be returned to you calibrated to perform within factory specifications. You will have a two year warranty on the performance of the movement.
