As part of the repair experience, Gray & Sons would like to share with you a quick look into the movement of your watch during the disassembly process before the movement is cleaned on our ultrasonic cleaning machine. During this 4 step process, each individual part is cleaned and rinsed through 3 difference solutions together with powerful ultrasonic vibrations facilitating all contaminants to de-attach from each part. Once the movement is completed and the case and new crystal is replaced, everything will be reassembled applying four different synthetic oils to properly ensure time keeping and longer lifespan of your time piece.

Using precision tools and timing computer we are able to calibrate your watch. Automatic system test will be performed to ensure the winding mechanism is working up to company specifications. Once a period of quality control is completed, your Rolex Yachtmaster will be returned to you looking like new. Along with your repair is included a two year warranty on the performance of the movement.
