The $5 United States Federal Reserve coin (dated 1904) is surrounded by approximately 230 diamonds arranged in 4 circles with diamonds progressing in size outward from the edge of the coin, caseback inscribed with: "1776 * BICENTENNIAL * 1976" featuring a diamond crown.
