Zenith Watch Repair Miami
We have seven Swiss-trained Master Watchmakers and Jewelers with over 150 years combined experience to perform all watch repair services, including:
Our Zenith Watch Repair Process
Every one of our Zenith watches we take in has been meticulously restored to perfection by our Zenith watch repair specialists, to ensure years of faithful service with normal care and maintenance. First, each Zenith watch goes through our rigorous 86-step inspection and restoration process. We are so confident in the quality of the timepieces we sell that we proudly offer our exclusive 12-month warranty on all watches and a 24-month warranty on all Zenith watches. After being fully restored, all Zenith watch cases and bracelets are finely polished to remove any surface scratches and to restore each piece to its original luster. When a Zenith watch leaves Gray & Sons (whether the watch is 5, 10, 20 or even 50 years old) it is in pristine condition.

Watch Repairs by Gray & Sons
Some watch repair shops just take shortcuts once they have your money but that's not what you're going to see from our team. Explore our repair videos on YouTube by searching "Gray and Sons," or visit our Miami Beach showroom. We specialize in brands like Rolex, Cartier, Patek Philippe, Omega, and more, offering unmatched quality and care.
Genuine is exactly what you will get. Each-pre-owned watch that we sell at Gray & Sons has undergone a sophisticated inspection by our master trained technicians. That means that timepieces have been tested inside and out to ensure functionality as well as timekeeping.
Whenever they need to repair or replace an individual component, our watchmakers use Swiss parts. These components, whenever possible, come from the manufacturer. Sometimes our master watchmakers fabricate and refurbish parts that are not otherwise available to us to purchase from our sources.
