JONES BALL & POOR, Antique coin silver 5 pieces tea/coffee. Circa 1838. Jones Ball & Poole were the coin silver manufacturer for the New England elite in Boston, MA from 1836 to 1845. They manufactured and had a retail store at this time, serving the biggest Bostonians family. Over 2800 grams (91 troy onces) of rare antique Coin Silver.This set has double hand engraved monogram: Mono: "BBK and JAK", was possibly a Wedding or Anniversary present. Coffee pot: 11 1/4 x 11 1/2"- Tea pot: 10 3/4 x 10"- Sugar: 10 x 8"- Waste: 4 3/4 x 6 1/4"- Creamer: 8 1/4 x 6" (has some repair & has not been counted in the weight).
